The grapes are selected and harvested by hand from vineyards over 60 years old in 12-kilo boxes. Manual selection table and separation of the bunches into shoulders and tips, using the destemmed shoulders. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. The wine is oak aged for 20 months in new 225-litre French oak barrels.
Colour: Cherry red with a garnet border.
Aroma: Fruity with notes of aromatic herbs, smoked and licorice.
Taste: Pleasant, fresh and enveloping with a complex and balanced structure.
