The grapes are selected and harvested by hand from vineyards over 60 years old in 12-kilo boxes. Made with unpressed free-run must. The fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels. The wine is oak aged for 10 months inside the same oak barrels with its own lees.
Colour: Yellow hues with green reflections.
Aroma: Nuances of mint, lemon peel, lychee and peach.
Taste: Good balance between the acidity from the grapefruit, and mandarin skin aroma and the oak.
